Fire guts popular Apongbon market in Lagos (photos)

A fire outbreak gutted sections of the popular Apongbon Market in Lagos today Sunday February 16th. This comes weeks after the Balogun market was also gutted by fire.

The cause of the aApongbon fire is yet unknown. See more photos from the incident below.

  1. The fire incident in recent days is now getting too much . My advise to the traders Is to always switch off all their electrical appliances after the day’s business since most of these fire outbreak are caused by power up surge.

  2. This is not good at all. All those merchants that lost their goods in the fire incident, I wonder what will become of them.
