Jan Oblak has emerged Chelsea’s major target this summer and Frank Lampard is ready to offer Kepa Arrizabalaga as part of deal the deal to Atletico Madrid. Kepa has been out of favour at the Stamford Bridge following series of errors which had cost the Blues who continue their quest to qualifying for European competition next season.
Although the 25-year-old goalkeeper has returned to the Chelsea starting line-up, he has continued to receive heavy criticisms and now there are chances he would leave the Stamford Bridge club.

Chelsea will try and swap him with Slovenian stopper Oblak, but the Atletico goalie has a £120million buy-out-clause in the contract he signed last summer which runs until 2023.
The Premier League outfit are said to value him at less than £100m and hope they could use Kepa as part of the payment.
The newly recognized MLS side are understood to have offered the Chelsea winger whose contract expires at the end of the season a lucrative deal.
